Keto Bread Recipe

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 oz almond meal/flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder (for gluten free, use the following brands here:
  • 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) of butter

Mix eggs, flour and baking powder together in a bowl.
Melt butter over low heat in a saucepan and add to mix.
Whisk contents until smooth
Preheat oven to 400F
Grease bread tin with butter or coconut oil
Place mix in bread tin and cook for 20 minutes
