All Real Health Products orders are shipped out from our US warehouses to your country by the applicable shipping option chosen at checkout. Customers on our loyalty program (also known as Hardship Program or Autoship) are shipped using our standard economy option unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping rates vary based on total weight and final destination. Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office.
The Estimated Delivery window provided by Real Health Products reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of Real Health Products control.

- Australia Post: Shipments are transferred to Real Health Product’s partnered company in Australia, and then Australian Post completes the delivery. This shipping method includes order tracking through https://auspost.com.au/
- USPS: Tracking is generally available for your order within the originating country (United States). However, complete in-country tracking cannot be guaranteed as final mile scans are completed by your local post.
