Healthy Recipe: Simple Salmon

Simple Scrumptious Salmon!


  • 4 (6 ounce) Salmon fillets
  • 1 Onion, sliced thinly
  • 4 Cloves of garlic, slice thinly
  • 1/3 cup of Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon or rosemary
  • Salt and pepper for taste

Preheat over to 400F
Spray a pan large enough to fit fillets with cooking spray, or wipe with coconut oil
Place salmon, skin side down on pan
Coat lightly with Dijon, place garlic and onion slices on top, and season with spices
Bake for 20 minutes or until Salmon is crumbles easily with a fork
