Healthy Recipe: Simple, High Protein Meatloaf

  • 1 1/2 pounds of beef
  • 1 (4 ounce) can of tomato sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic or garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 375F.
Mix together ground beef, tomato sauce and eggs. Season with chili powder, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
Form into a loaf, and place onto a greased loaf pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
Let stand for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
