Ingredients:
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ΒΌ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ΒΌ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- Β½ -3/4 cup cold water
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Add up to ΒΌ cup more water as needed if consistency is too thick.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve.
