Ingredients:
- 1 avocado, diced
 
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
 
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
 
- 1 tsp minced garlic
 
- 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
 
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
 
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
 
- ½ -3/4 cup cold water
 
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Add up to ¼ cup more water as needed if consistency is too thick.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve.
