Pork Roast and Cabbage
- 2 cups of cooked pork roast, chopped (good for leftovers)
- 1/2 head of cabbage
- 2 large onions, chopped
- Juice of 1 fresh lemon
- Pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
- Saute cabbage, pork and onions in olive oil.
- Add lemon juice, and seasonings.
- Cook covered until vegetables are tender.
