Instructions for Use

Hello!

Now that you have received the Nerve Support Formula, your next step is to read these instructions and start taking it.

Because you are addressing the nerves at a cellular level, positive changes and results can take time. For example, it is well known that a broken bone heals in about 6 weeks. During that time, the area where the bone was broken will continue to hurt on and off, even as it is getting better.

The Nerve Support Formula works by increasing the amount of vitamin B1 and Vitamin B12 in the blood stream, so that there is enough nutrients in your system to provide what is needed at the cellular level to get results.

Generally, you will notice some change in the first month, but each person is different, it might take longer.

Instructions:

   1.  Start by taking 4 capsules of the Nerve Support Formula each day, 2with breakfast and 2 with dinner. This should be maintained for the first 7 days.
If you start to feel relief, continue at the same amount of 4 capsules a day.

   2.  Otherwise, increase the amount you are taking to 6 capsules a day, in 3 divided doses. 2 with breakfast, 2 with lunch and 2 with dinner. Do this for the next 7 days.
If you start to feel relief, continue at the same amount of 6 capsules a day.

   3.  Otherwise, increase the amount to 9 capsules a day, in 3 divided doses. 3 with breakfast, 3 with lunch and 3 with dinner. Do this for the next 7 days.
If you start to feel relief, continue at the same amount of 9 capsules a day.

NOTE: If you initially ordered only 1 bottle of the Nerve Support Formula, by gradually upping the amount to 9 capsules a day, you will run out of product before the week is out. You should order more Nerve Support Formula now, so that you have enough to continue taking the necessary amount.

   4.  Otherwise, increase the amount to 12 capsules a day, in 3 divided doses. 4 with breakfast, 4 with lunch and 4 with dinner.
If you start to feel relief, continue at the same amount of 12 capsules a day.

IMPORTANT: If you aren’t seeing the results you want, there may be other factors (such as diet, lifestyle, other health concerns, etc.) that may affect how long it will take the Nerve Support Formula to work for you. Our product consultants can help identify the factors that may be slowing down your progress to a better, healthier you. Once you have started to experience results, you can gradually reduce the amount you’re taking until you get down to 4 capsules a day. That is the maintenance amount.

You may find that the amount of capsules you need to take varies, or may be more than 4 capsules a day. The key is to find the amount of capsules that is right for you.

Tips for Success:

Consistency is important. For the best results, make sure to take the Nerve Support Formula every day so you have a constant supply of the nutrients in your system.

Always remember, if you skip a meal, you still need to take the capsules.
