Ingredients:
15 Brussels sprouts
1/2 stick butter
1 tablespoon chopped garlic

Instructions:

Cut the Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise, so each half still has a stalk-bit to hold it together. Cut the stems off.

Steam the sprouts – fit a pot with a steamer insert; fill with water to bottom of insert. Cover, and bring to a boil. Add brussels sprouts, and season with salt; steam, tossing halfway through, until bright green and just tender, 6 to 8 minutes.

Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a saucepan and mix in the sprouts. Mix in the garlic. Cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
