Ginger Roasted Green Beans Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 pound green beans – fresh
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger root
Instructions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a rimmed baking sheet (jellyroll pan).
Add green beans, tossing to coat.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender.
Toss in ginger.
