The MWO has two electrodes, a transmitter and a receiver.
Each electrode assembly is made of 12 copper rings, each has a gap.
The assembly is supported by a specially woven silk rope and hung from a pvc stand.
High energy (~140KV) is pumped via a Tesla coil into the right hand outer ring. From here the energy induces into all of the 12 inner rings.
The combined energy is transmitted to the receiver electrode.
Anything placed between the transmitter and receiver is subject to an average of 600M harmonic frequencies.
The object placed between the electrodes will absorb some of the energy causing some fundamental changes to occur.
Structure and function normalization tends to occur in the target.
For instance, when water is placed as a target object it is electromagnetically enhanced - taste is entirely altered within minutes.
An 'earth' electrode is necessary to enable 'draw' of energy. In higher buildings this earth electrode can be placed into a large potted plant.
The length and number of exposures to this energy field produce a change which could be called a characteristic of the normal functioning of the object. Plants, seeds and pets also have a good response.
This is also an excellent research instrument - the design is flawless.
