Reiki Treatment-half hour

How can we heal others if we are in need of healing?
Its a big task to think that we can heal ourselves totally. Life still impacts on us and we can but try, to be as serene as possible.
To be a useful healer we need to be calm. The force flows when the mind is calm and the body is relaxed.
Diet, exercise, mindset, meditation, breathing and faith are important.
This applies to whatever you do in life!
The Chinese concept of rejuvenating the body through meditation and breathing is called Qi Gong (Chi Gung).
Using Qi Gong is a fundamental premise for doing Reiki at any level and to do effective healing you must be healthy yes, this is really all about you and the state of your body and level of thought remember this!
To focus Qi or Chi use this technique: tighten the anal/vaginal(1) muscles and hold while at the same time placing the tip of the tongue on the soft palate of the roof of the mouth just behind the top front teeth(2). This locks Qi and prevents it escaping down(1) and up(2) respectively.
This technique is used to focus the Qi and also used by the Master to pass on the Reiki symbols during the initiating ceremony at each level.
It is not as easy as it seems and requires much practice, discipline and exercising of perineal muscles of the pelvic floor there are 8 different muscles in this area.
Meditation and breathing is the key to health and healing
The Microcosmic Orbit or Great Heavenly Cycle is the essence of circulating energy through the body and it is the system of meridian energy depicted in Acupuncture leg yin, leg yang, yin linking, yang linking, girdle, conception, governing and directing vessels. These extra vessels support the 12 meridians which allow Chi to flow. So to be an effective healer we must really know something about the meridian system and how to direct Chi. This is outside the scope of treatment but much information is available on the internet and of course in books.
The system of energy flow is bilateral (both right and left) and medial and lateral (inside/outside the leg and arm). There are four distinct energy pathways on each side of the body (inside/outside the leg and arm) running along the limbs, each pathway holds three distinct meridians (12 total on each side hence the bilateral arrangement).
By visualizing these energy paths, the person is able to control flow of energy and to focus energy to heal others or themselves. Use calming music in your healing sessions and in your general life as well as essential oils such as lavender & ylang ylang.
Your path has started good luck on your journey, it is a wonderful uplifting experience.
