Autoship is intended to keep busy people supplied with products on a regular basis.
Your Autoship selection will be sent to you - as you selected - on the anniversary of your order.
The DEFAULT is "No Thanks" and you will not receive an Autoship order if this default remains.
If you change the default selection,you will see on your Order Confirmaton that you have made an Autoship Selection.
If you did not intend to use Autoship and you have been advised on your Order Confirmation that it is not the default of "No Thanks" then please advise us immediately.
If you do not advise us of a change to Autoship then your order will be charged to your nominated account and you are legally obliged to pay the account.
Cancelling or Adjusting Autoship timing You can Cancel or Alter the Autoship selection at any time - in writing by email - provided you give no less than 7days notice before the time of the next shipment - please use the Contact Us Form.
