Product Returns Policy Statement (effective if read or not)
As nutraceutical products may be easily tampered with we do not provide refunds if the customer changes their mind
Transit damaged products willbeexchanged (but not refunded), if physically damaged in transit, unopened and returned within 10 days
A copy of the invoice must accompany the damaged product
Return to base freight for transit damaged goods will be initially at customers expense but this cost will be credited on return of goods.
If transit damage occurs twice for the same order then Real Health Products retains the right to cancel the order and without further cost to the customer.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure a correct address for delivery is provided and that the product is not left unattended in a hot or unsafe area
If customers postal service is negligent in delivery or has left the article in a hot or unsafe area then the customer must complete a complaint form at their local Post Office and return the damaged goods.
Where applicable, Real Health Products uses a clear warning label on each article indicating 'Heat Sensitive Product'
Unattended, heat damaged goods will not be exchanged - please ensure that articles are left in a cool and safe place
Real Health Products suggests that the customer either uses a Post Box address or instructs the Postal Delivery Officer to leave articles in a safe and cool area
Overseas Orders - terms and conditions (effective if read or not)
Place your order on the website and the postage will be calculated automatically. Select 'Direct Deposit' Please do not pay by credit card or any other method. Make your payment at your bank or electronically. Notify us by email when you have made the transfer. Your order will be despatched when the funds are received. You will be notified when funds have been accepted and when the order is scheduled for despatch. You must ensure that your country's mail service is capable of safely delivering your order - we take no responsibility if it is lost in transit due to factors beyond our control or it has been established that your mail system was responsible for the loss.
