Contact us to obtain a Swift Code - this helps with payment security.
Contact us with a physical address to obtain a freight quote - we will add the correct freight cost according to your order.

Please do not pay by credit card or by any other method.
Make your payment at your bank or electronically.
Notify us by email when you have made the transfer.
Your order will be despatched when the funds are received.
You will be notified when funds have been accepted and when the order is scheduled for despatch.
You must ensure that your country's mail service is capable of safely delivering your order - we take no responsibility if it is lost in transit due to factors beyond our control or it has been established that your mail system was responsible for the loss. Australia Post tracking or Courier tracking will tell us where it was lost if that occurs.
